What is a Meet & Greet service?

Meet & Greet means your chauffeur will park the vehicle and meet you inside the airport terminal, holding a personalized name sign. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

Will the chauffeur contact the passenger upon arrival?

Yes. The chauffeur or dispatch will contact the passenger upon arrival. Please ensure you are ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid waiting charges.

What pickup time should I schedule for airport arrivals?

We recommend scheduling your pickup time based on your flight’s estimated landing time.

Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?

No. We monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed and the updated information is available on the airline’s website, no waiting charges apply.

How will I receive my receipt?

All receipts are sent electronically via email after the service is completed.

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes, child car seats are available subject to availability. Please request a child seat at the time of booking. We recommend reserving child seats at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I book a vehicle for someone else and pay with my credit card?

Yes. You may book and pay for transportation on behalf of another passenger.

What if I have oversized or excess luggage?

For vehicle safety and interior protection, oversized or excessive luggage cannot be placed inside standard vehicles. If you are traveling with more than three large or oversized pieces of luggage, we recommend booking a passenger van.

What happens if I lose an item in the vehicle?

Please check carefully for all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. If you believe you left an item behind, contact our office immediately.

• If the item is found, it can be collected or delivered for an additional charge.

• We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your uniformed chauffeur will be waiting at the customs exit, holding a sign with your name.
If multiple flights arrive simultaneously and you cannot locate your driver, please call us immediately.
Leaving the airport without notifying us is considered a No-Show and will be charged at the full rate.
